10. (a) Shat Karm, Yoga and Pranayan.
(b) Asan –Katichakrasana, Tadasana, Konasana, Padamasana, Shavasana, Paschimaotansana. Ardhmatsyenderasana, Uttranpadasan, Gomukhasana, Vajarasana, Chakrasan, Pawan, Muktasana, Matasyasana, Dhanurasana, Nokasana, Halasana, Bhujangasana, Tratak, Shalabhasane, Surya Namaskar and Suksham Vyayam.

(b) Importance of vegetative kingdom for Human existence.
(c) III Effects of Chemicals
5. Various Diseases and their Naturopathic Treatment:-
Constipation, Asthama, Insomina, Blood pressure (High & Low), Obesity, Diabetes, Stress, Cervuical and Lumbar Spondylosis, Jaundice, Cold, Fever, Epistaxis, Sun, Stroke and Blood Disorder.
